Delivery charges and policies

Standard UK Delivery Service (Next Day)
• Hamilton & Pollock Limited offer a free delivery service for web orders with a minimum order value of £50 ex VAT (please note that this is a web only offer - all other channels require a minimum order value of £70 ex VAT). 
• A delivery charge of £8.50 (£10.20 inc VAT) will be charged for web orders under £49.99 ex VAT. 
• Hamilton & Pollock Limited will provide a next day delivery service if you place a confirmed order before 11.30 AM. Any orders placed thereafter shall be processed for following day delivery. 
• Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas. 
• Next day delivery excludes weekends - please select a premium service if you require a Saturday delivery. 
• Orders placed after 11:30 AM Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday. 
• Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. For these areas please call the office on Telephone 020 8909 0601.

 Extended Delivery Items
• Although most items will be delivered to you within 7 working days, please note we cannot guarantee delivery times for these products. 
• Please contact our call centre on 020 8909 0601 if you need to confirm lead times.

Added Value Delivery Service
• We will contact you to confirm a delivery day 
• Delivery is free and usually made within 2-3 working days of your order being processed 
• Delivery is made to ground floor locations and includes positioning 
• We will not take old units, packaging or connect to services 
• This service applies to mainland UK only and does not apply to some outlying and remote areas where we can only offer off-loading to your door.

Heavy Equipment
• Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. 
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers resposibility. 
• Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

Embroidered and Engraved Items
• Orders including embroidery or engraving will not be part-despatched - please allow 4-5 working days for delivery.
