How To Return Goods
• Hamilton & Pollock operates a 10 day money back guarantee for its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 10 days of purchase unused or in it's original packaging for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

• Please ensure you follow our returns procedure – in the first instance call our returns line on the number 020 8909 0601 to obtain your return authorisation number and details on how to return your product.
 

Warranty Repairs
• If any Hamilton and Pollock Limited product proves defective within a year of purchase then we will repair it at no cost to you.

• Our warranty does not apply to wear or tear, or if a product has been damaged or misused.

• It does not apply to a small number of machines marked ‘No Commercial Warranty' which must be returned direct to the manufacturer in the event of a breakdown.
